Almost "A DONE DOTTA"

“Thank you Lord!!!”  Let me set the scene. Just getting off the interstate exit ramp the light up ahead has just turned green for me and so my pace continued.  This scenario was set up so perfectly for that ANGEL who wanted to take my LIFE today.

 

 

Like I said, the light up ahead was green,  so my speed continued as it was, AT that very moment, I saw in my right peripheral vision up near the intersection that the white trucks speed was going way to fast to stop at the RED light. That trucks speed and my speed were in sync,  Synced so perfectly that the only thing that could have happened would have been a perfect T-bone collision. 

And surely the impact of that collision would have been “A DONE DOTTA” for me.  But God allowed me to see this negative plot unfold, I SLAMMED my BRAKES eVER so VIOLently, TIRES screeching and HORNS blowing!!!!  Once again, God had spared my life on these dangerous highways. Amazing!!! And again I say, “Thank you Lord!!!”

How about this, I will continue to live the Dream and you can continue living reality.  How many times must I write a blog to inspire and light the fire for you dear friend.  Do not let someone’s opinion of YOU, define YOU!!  Don’t listen!!!  Shut the front GATE!!  If you want to do something in life, get "NIKED" and just DO It!!   

 

I heard a woman say, her job was paying her just enough money to keep her from quitting and she was doing just enough work to not get fired.  That is a funny statement.  Change can only take place when you are sick and tired of being sick and tired.  I heard another story of a man who was walking past a house; and there was dog on the front porch moaning and groaning in pain.  The man asked the owner, why is your dog moaning and groaning in pain.  The owner said that the dog was sitting on a nail.  He asked the owner why the dog was not moving off the nail.  The owner said that it must not be hurting him bad enough.  Such is life. Live life my friends and ignore the buzz!!

Comparisons "REPORTERS/Instigators"

I liken “Reporters” to those children in school who would instigate fights.  They were the ones that never got into a fight but would constantly be on the side line screaming, “oooooooh” “don’t let him say that about  you” “ooooooo” “fight” “fight”  Those kids were just young reporters in the making.  Ready to go RUN AND TELL about all they had seen in the fight. Reporters!!

 Join me next week when I compare lawyers to the children who were classified as the teachers PET.  You know the child, the one that WENT AND TOLD the teacher every time someone hit them.  That kid was just a young lawyer in the making.  And at that time the Teacher was the judge and jury. Also I will tell you why Facebook can kick rocks!! A useless configuration of 1's and 0's!! But that’s next week.

Burger QUEEN!!!

MEN MEN MEN.  Why do you allow some women to treat you so disrespectfully?  You tell me her ex-husband use to beat her rear-end and now she is beating Your rear-end, you MAN you!!!  Pardon my language!  She is reverting her anger onto you MAN!!! 


She didn't have the strength to fight her ex-husband; but you tell me she is now slapping you across your head all because you didn't bring her a number 2 on the value menu at MacDonalds!!!! 
It sounds to me like she is a Burger Queen and is going to have it her way!!! 
Don't take that mistreatment MAN!!!

It is ok to be a HARD HEAD so long AS you aren’t Soft!

It is ok to be a HARD HEAD so long AS you aren’t Soft!  Did you get that play on words?  In the southern states of America people would say, “a hard head makes a soft “A@$” Do you get it now?   Anyway, having a hard head may prevent you from being exposed to negative emotions…. Follow me……..

Negative Emotions!  Indeed.  Uhhh take a “ PAUSE”   Just for this week only, the word, “Indeed” is my word.  Ok, back to the lecture.  What I would like to discuss is the “HOW” part of emotions.  How does one get a negative emotion?  WORDS…… Words are the seeds that are planted in your brain.  Then they will root and grow.  Indeed.  Words will cause you to think “SOME type of Way,” thus causing you to feel “SOME type of Way.”  So it is simple.  To prevent negative emotions from screwing up your progress, simply NEGATE any person who chooses to speak a negative WORD towards you.  That includes music and TV.  Now, you may be accused of being a hard head but that is all well and dandy.  THE END.

Humility

Humility. That’s about the hardest thing in life to do.  All we know is, be the best, you deserve it, YOLO, high SELF-esteem, self-love, etc.   This blog was not easy for me to write, because deep inside of me all I wanted to do was fight.  And now you are telling me, “Leon let It go.”  But, I’m not done fighting yet.  Personally I use to see humility as some form of weakness, to BASE oneself, that was ludicrous to me.  Who would do such a thing, having lowliness of mind while esteeming others better than themselves.  That’s biblical and that’s not easy. 

I have to keep it 100, the true definition of humility is not thinking less of ourselves but it is really NOT to think of SELF, period.  Conclusion: I suppose in order to obtain such a great virtue one must, exalt Christ and others daily, thus bringing on true humility.

You can't lose when you help others win.
